Jyinks Productions believes strongly about free speech in the arts and will try not to censor its artists' music or lyrics. Sessions canceled less than 24 hours in advance may be charged 50% of the time booked for that session. Studio sessions are not confirmed until 50% down payment has been received. We cannot guarantee contracts for any given project. Down payments are non-refundable. Illegal substances are not allowed on or around premise. Any clients which are under the influence will be asked to leave and will be charged for the day's session. The Jyinks Productions staff, at their discretion, may cancel entire projects without refund if any client is obnoxiously intoxicated.
Jyinks Productions provides the master recordings for projects. These are available to clients at an additional reasonable charge if so desired. Copyright registration is the responsibility of the client. Jyinks Productions can provide assistance and forms if needed. For clients using hard disk recording formats the studio often provides hard disk space on its own in-house drives. Clients are ultimately responsible for the archiving of their own audio. Jyinks Productions cannot be held responsible for erased drives or deleted audio on drives. Normal studio procedure is to delete audio files from drives when projects are completed. If clients need to archive audio or have backups in case of crashes, they need to purchase master recordings for projects.
